1 c. water 1 ½ T canola oil 1 ½ T honey ½ t. Liquid lecithin 3 c. spelt flour 3T powdered whey 1 ½ t. Salt 2 ½ t. Active dry yeast |
Put ingredients in bread pan in order given. Select light setting. Start. Spelt is grain, perhaps easiest to digest. Also high in B vitamins and minerals, such as potassium and iron. Store in cool, dry place. Good for people allergic to wheat flour. |
