Spoon Bread

1 C. cornmeal, yellow 2 t. Sugar 2 C. boiling water 4 eggs 5 T. butter 1 t. Onion flakes 1 C. cold milk ½ t. Salt |
In large bowl, mix cornmeal and sugar, stir in onion flakes, hot water and butter. Add milk and beat in egg one at a time. Pour in greased 1 ½ qt. Casserole and bake at 375F for 50 min or until set. Serve hot. 8 servings |
