½ C. cornmeal
1 C. whole wheat flour and 1 C. white flour
Or
2 C. whole wheat flour
½ - 1 t. Salt
1 t. Baking powder
½ t. Onion powder (optional)
¼ t. Garlic powder (optional)
½ C. wheat germ
¼ - ½ C. sesame seeds
¾ C. salad oil
⅔ C. milk or water
Mix all together.
Roll thin between waxed paper.
Cut into squares 1 ½ in.
Bake at 375F until delicately brown and crisp.
