My mother Ruth was a terrific cook. She kept her recipes on index cards stored in a box in her kitchen. My family and I are working to share some of the recipes from her collection via these web pages.

Many recipes are old school and require much time and elbow grease; although Mom and Dad opted for convenience and bought a Mister Breadman bread machine in the 1990s.

I hope you enjoy them. We certainly have!
