2 t. Dry yeast
¼ c. water
1 ¼ c. skim milk
1 c. old fashioned rolled oats
¼ c. brown sugar
1 t. Salt
1 T oil
1 egg
1 c. whole wheat flour
2 ½ to 3 c. bread flour
Dissolve yeast in water.
Scald the milk, pour over oats.
Add brown sugar, salt and oil.
When mixture cools, add egg, then add to yeast mixture.
Add flour and let bread machine do the rest.
