Gristmill Bread - Ruth’s version - 2 loaves

2 c. water ⅔ c. dried milk ½ c. salad oil 2 T sugar 2 t. Salt 1 c. buckwheat flour 2 c. whole wheat flour 3 ⅓ c. white flour 2 pkgs dry yeast |
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add dried milk, add sugar, salt, oil and flour, stirring. Knead until smooth and satiny. Let rise until double (covered + greased in pan). Punch down, form in 2 loaves. Put in greased pan. Let rise until double. Bake at 350 F for 35-40 minutes. |
